Penetration testing can be run on a regular basis to ensure an ongoing level of protection, or can be run on a one-off basis, as your needs dictate. All tests include a full written report, and a common sense interpretation of the results. 

Internal network sweeps can be carried out to give you a full picture of all of the devices attached to your network. Each machine can be tested for security vulnerabilities, and again the results will be presented in a written report, along with real-world advice on any remedial action that may be necessary.
