When a customer is billed, they receive a single monthly invoice, which is itemised to clearly show the client where billable time has been spent (on which projects, for instance), their data and internet connections, and so on. This approach greatly reduces paperwork, and simplifies administration for most clients, as well as giving management a very clear picture of where and how their IT budget is being spent. Each quarter, we also provide a management information report, which feeds back key information on system performance to the management team.
