We offer a full helpdesk service, whereby clients can gain access to technical support staff over the phone, who wherever possible will try and rectify the problem there and then. Customers who have the appropriate equipment and software may be able to have fixes performed remotely by our trained staff. If an instant, online fix isn’t possible, we will arrange for one of our support staff to visit the customer. Our aim is to have the client’s problems fixed in the least time possible, allowing them to get on with their business quickly.
