Where planning has identified work that needs to be carried out, we are happy to manage these as individual IT projects, if required. We can manage all aspects of the project including the initial definition of the scope, coordinating the acquisition of any required hardware, engaging and liaising with any third parties necessary in the delivery phase, and finally ensuring that the delivered systems meet all of the identified needs to a satisfactory quality. Having an in depth knowledge of the client’s systems, we can ensure that projects are delivered with minimal disruption to live systems, making upgrades and new systems a painless experience. We also feed back regularly to the client’s management team with progress reports on projects where appropriate
